FAQ
What can you import for us?
We can import pretty much anything into the UK, legally allowed of course!
Some items may have restrictions or require importing licenses but your portfolio manager will be best to advice you on this.
How long does it take to acquire the goods once
I have ordered them?

This can depend on a number of factors, the main one being transportation by plane, which can be a fairly quick process. By ship it normally takes 30days for your goods to arrive in the UK. The first order you make will always be the longest as this involves sourcing the product having it made and finding out all associated costs involved in getting it to the UK and getting in place all the necessary documents in order to clear it through customs. Your portfolio manager will be best to advise you on how long this process will take, but on average, this could be anything up to another 28days. Once you have your first order through getting that item again will be a lot quicker and could be done on a monthly basis quite easily.
Can I order Samples?
Yes we can order samples in for you the cost will vary on the type of item ordered.
How do I know that the item that I have ordered
will arrive in a good condition?
Our agency in China has dealt with thousands of manufacturers and depending on the item there is a good chance that they may have an established relationship with a manufacturer that makes the goods you require. Your goods will sent to a central warehouse in China where they will checked for their condition if they are faulty or broken they will be sent back to the manufacturer.

Will you check every item for faults?
The simple answer to this is no if you are ordering hundreds of 1 item what will happen is that random batch checks will be done in the cases ordered.
What happens if they arrive in the UK and some or all
of the goods are damaged?
The chances are that all the goods you ordered will come in a very good condition. This is not 100% guaranteed though. All our cargo will be fully insured any cargo we bring in is fully insured for damage from our warehouse in China to our or your warehouse in the UK.
What if I’m not happy with my item?
To be safe what you should do is order a sample first, then take a small order on the item you want to test the waters with and to minimise any potential loss incurred. Taking these steps may take some more time and incur some extra additional cost. But looking over the long term the savings that could be made would far outweigh any additional cost incurred initially.
I have seen some goods advertised on another website for a
manufacture in China can you approach them for me?
Yes we can. If you have found an item and manufacturer that you want to deal with but want us to approach, we will take the headache out of doing so. We will obtain the item you require, have it inspected, shipped and delivered to you.
